ADC Experts report

There never used to be many opportunities for me to be lost for words, but I have to say I was reading this report. The purpose of the report appears to be to introduce the damage to the tree made last year because I focused on the fact that the tree has been defective for nearly two decades, before any damage was caused.

On Page 6 I have highlighted the experts opinion about the magic properties of the tree. The report is heavy reading, feel free to skip ahead, it's worth a read.
