Hearing now completed

Thank you to everyone who made submissions and attended the hearing. It was certainly an experience and I am pleased to note that having an Independent Commissioner was the right choice as I don't believe the Council can be objective if they control the process.

We now have 2 weeks until the Commissioner makes a decision regarding the Application, lets just say we have everything crossed for a positive outcome and removal of the tree.
